Maria Lutsenko has been working in the field of search and recruitment for over 10 years, including in leadership positions in the staffing business.
Recently, she has been mainly focused on IT recruitment (front, backend, full stack, system analysts, testers, data science, devops, database administrators — almost the entire spectrum, including information security). Already at the initial stage of work in the CONSORT Group, Maria operatively completed several complex projects for the rapidly developing IT department of a large investment company.
