One of Consort Kaluga’s customers, Total Vostok (production of industrial lubricants, solvents, and fluids), celebrated their first anniversary of the production site launch in Vorsino industrial park in Kaluga Region.
It was nice to feel that we had a considerable impact on the success of Vostok Total. Our cooperation with the plant on the staffing project began at the plant’s construction stage and has been going on for more than two years now. Among the personnel placed through us were such key specialists as Head of the production laboratory, chemists/laboratory staff, and production-line operators. Based on our client’s feedback, we can say they made a worthy contribution to the company’s development.
Our collaboration with Total Vostok’s HR team is on-going, and new challenging search projects are in the pipeline.
