Search for the Head of a high-security facility

Finding some of the top managers and rare specialists for whom CONSORT Group receives search mandates often requires strict confidentiality. Sometimes this is due to customer’s reluctance to announce a job role’s title in relation to the company’s name but can also be due to secrecy requirements at the existing state-owned enhanced-security facilities.
One such search mandate, completed in March 2015, had to do with a Rosatom subsidiary engaged in construction activities for all industrial enterprises that are part of this country’s nuclear corporation.
The candidate presented by us for that role has already worked for the past five years in senior engineering positions in Atomstroycorporate structure. He has excellent knowledge in construction and renovation of industrial and civil real estate facilities as well as extensive experience of interacting with General Contractor, Maintenance, Design Bureau, Subcontractor, as well as Russian Technical Inspection, Soyuzatomstroy and Rosatom’s General Inspectorate office.

This project is yet another addition to the treasure trove of successful searches carried out by CONSORT Group for energy and military-industrial enterprises of this country
