Consort Ural has been working with the Uralcomponent group of companies (earlier known under the brand of Harting) for 10 years, since the opening of production in Yekaterinburg. Since 2014, we have recruited most of the production and management staff.
In 2023, in addition to the geopolitical situation and sanctions, Uralcomponent also faced internal personnel problems at the moment when key team members decided to leave the company, taking others with them, including production employees. The director of the company set us the task of re-selecting almost the entire production team. In 2.5 months, the team of highly specialized specialists was fully staffed with 14 new candidates.
But Uralcomponent’s difficulties did not end there: by the end of the year, the landlord asked them to move prematurely to another place, and, accordingly, some of the employees were lost. Once again, Consort Ural consultants helped out their client by promptly closing the vacancies with new qualified specialists.
