Personnel Management (PM) magazine came up with a useful initiative of conducting an “audit” of the Executive Search (ES) market.
Globally there are not so many companies engaged in direct search for C-level executives and rare specialists compared to the total number of recruitment firms, and in this country, there were twenty of them, at most, the real headhunters, until recently. However, several hundred market players offer the ES service, often without even understanding what its essence is. PM magazine invited everyone who claims to be an ES company to talk about their product, answering a few specific questions. The answers provided a much more objective picture of who is who.
Among the first to respond to that market research was CONSORT Group, which from 2005 to 2019 successfully represented the International Executive Search Federation (IESF) in Russia and the CIS. We invite you to get acquainted with our point of view on what constitutes an ES service today. The content of the article is in Russian.
