On 22 January 2020 CONSORT Group held its annual meeting. St Petersburg, Kaluga, Krasnodar and Yekaterinburg offices joined HQ staff in skype.
We all came to the conclusion that our major success had to do with an overall increase in search and recruitment operations and a significant increase in the volume of consulting services in the Group’s portfolio. The most interesting projects were Mapping and C&B surveys conducted by Moscow office for a number of clients from various business segments, and excellent work of Krasnodar office to improve the employer’s brand for a manufacturing company. Larisa Morgunova, Director of Krasnodar office, made an interesting presentation on the project’s results culminating in lots of queries and colleagues’ admiration!
In 2019, most of the business was brought to us by companies from the real sector of economy – mining, extraction, and processing, manufacturing of equipment and consumer goods, and so the geography of our searches was very extensive.
We also recognized our work to increase CONSORT Group’s presence in social media. Vera Ugarova, as the Project Lead, managed not only to enhance our SMM capabilities but also make our pages stand out with its “CONSORT’s face”.
